Withdrawals Related to Visa/Permit Authorization

In the case of a visa refusal, a full refund, minus the non-refundable registration fee and fees for any services rendered such as accommodation placement and shipping fees, can only be given if the student provides the Letter of Refusal issued by the Canadian Embassy at least 14 days prior to the course start date. After this date, GEOS will consider the enrollment of the student as confirmed, and cancellation / rebooking Fees will apply.

If the visa has not been issued 15 days before the course start date, GEOS strongly recommends postponing the course. In this case, the first rebooking fee (from $65 CAD) will not be charged.
